By creating an account or using OurRoomie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OurRoomie is a household expense tracking platform that allows groups of users ("circles") to log, share, and manage shared bills and expenses. Features include manual expense entry, AI-assisted bill scanning, and a shared financial dashboard.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as bill images or expense descriptions). By uploading content, you grant OurRoomie a limited licence to process and display that content to members of your circle for the purpose of providing the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OurRoomie does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated data (such as bill parsing results) will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurRoomie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
